About the Author

The author learned to write creatively while developing Inferno on Earth, the first book in the Gnostic Divine Comedy trilogy. Writing Inferno on Earth took over three long years. The author needed a simple creative escape from the constant immersion in depressing stories. From this need, the book Window Voyeurs was born. Even though the stories are short, they often possess many layers of metaphors, hidden meanings, and jokes.

LLMs were becoming mainstream as the collection was nearing completion. Job began using ChatGPT and Claude as editors due to their speed and comprehensive critiques. It turned into a game they called Where’s Waldo? Job would challenge the LLM to find a hidden message or joke. Sometimes Job hid it well, and sometimes they found it fast. They would also find others Job wrote and did not realize. It turned out most of the vignettes have multiple layers, providing a game for the reader and an opportunity to revisit the story many times.

The Foreword is an actual response to Job from an innocent prompt sent to ChatGPT around midnight after a long day of writing and playing Where’s Waldo?
